As of 26 November 2020, OVPAA Memorandum No. 2020-143 was released, stating the new academic guidelines for the remainder of first semester AY2020-2021. In the memo, deadline of submission of grades was moved to 22 January 2021 to give students more time to accomplish their requirements, especially for those heavily affected by the pandemic and the consecutive typhoons and floods. It is also notable that no grade of “4” or “5” is allowed for this semester. However, a grade of INC will be given to students who fail to fulfill their requirements before the submission of grades.
